Alistair Stoneman started his training in Stratford Upon-Avon doing an acting course specialising in Stanislaski, Masked theatre and devised theatre. Finishing with a run at the Brighton Fringe festival with a performance of Christopher Marlows’s classic “Doctor Faustaus”. He continued his training when he moved to London to join The Poor School. Here he studied the classics from Ibsen to Chekov and Tennesse.
Alongside performing in plays, at the school he developed his core skills in movement, voice, animal studies, accents and singing. For many years Alistair has taught himself the guitar and has played in several bands winning several competitions in his home county of Devon.
He is now looking forward to continuing his training in every project he is involved in in the future.
